Who am I:

My name is Rajeev and I am a Career & Educational Life Coach, with a background in Project Management going back 29 years. Having seen the benefits of coaching and mentoring in my own life, I now help people from all ages of life; young students, graduates, professionals, executives and business owners create, succeed and thrive in lives they truly love.

I utilise all my learnt knowledge, skills, experience and wisdom to empower my clients, their businesses and people like yourself into realising success, balance and happiness; into achieving the goals and dreams that they and you are both wanting and working towards.

My clients range from a wide age spectrum; helping students to prepare entry to highly selective / grammar schools, guiding teenagers in selecting the right career path, young graduates starting and season professionals who are ready to up their game and create deeper fulfilment and greater success. For some of them that’s about changing or progressing in their career. For others’ it’s about becoming more effective in what they already do, or creating a more balanced lifestyle.

Who I serve:

Students from the age of seven and upwards, Graduates, Professionals, Executives and Business owners from a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on Engineering, Consultancy firms and Start-ups.

I coach and mentor clients in any country and time zone via Zoom and other video conferencing tools such as Skype, MS Teams, Facetime.

In summary, successful Career Coaching is all about exploring career options creatively and unlocking personal potential, enabling clients to develop a strategy to achieve their goals.  It is not about telling clients what they should do! It is particularly effective for individuals who feel they are at a cross-roads in their career and need help to find a suitable direction.  Those who are finding it difficult to make the transition they want or for those who are unable to identify the changes they need to make in order to succeed.
