The advice you receive from me will be independent, accurate (at the point of giving) and relevant to your needs.  You should expect my advice to be professional, honest and up to date and as comprehensive as possible based on the information received from you.

I will provide you with free resources, useful links, handouts, guides and exercises to support you as required during our Coaching Sessions.

Confidentiality

​

Everything we discuss will be in the strictest of confidence and all notes and correspondence will be kept securely and encrypted.

I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office (ICO) and comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which is all about ensuring the information I retain about my clients is kept securely, is fully protected and never shared with anyone else.

 

 

Intellectual property rights

We are the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights in our site, and in the material published on it. Those works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved.

You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page(s) or downloadable content from our site for your personal use and you may draw the attention of others to content posted on our site.

You must not copy or modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs, video or audio sequences or any graphics separately from any accompanying text.

Applicable law

​

These terms of use are governed by English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

Payment

​

For individuals & Companies we take payments by bank transfer and ask for payment upfront.

To hold your first session, we require payment 5 working days in advance.
Until payment has been received, we can’t start your coaching journey.

​

Guarantees & Liability

 

The results you achieve, depend very much on you and your engagement, openness, effort and time investment in the process. Each client we work with is very different and so are the results achieved, so it would be irresponsible to offer you guarantees.  Hence, we take no liability in the advice we offer.

​

Session Cancellation / Postponement

​

You may cancel or change your coaching session up to 48 hours prior to that session’s start time.
Cancelling or postponing within 48 hours of your next session will result in you losing the cost and benefits of that session.
